We can only sell custom plates in NSW.
But normal or personalised ones can only be transferred between vehicles that you or a family member owns, or sold with a registered vehicle. FYI, in case it's the same in Victoria. Chris

hope your not after some stupid price like most people who have these plates...
saw someone with the number plate "truck" for sale. wanted something like $25 000 for it. I mean, seriously, good if you manage to sell it, but who would buy it???
