when turning i often get a loud knock sound from my front suspension, also when at low speed and i lightly jab the brakes i get a knock too. any ideas on what this could be. under cornering load it feels like it wanders and gets a shake from the wheel. any ideas???.... the bushes on the end of the thing you adjust when you do your wheel alignment (wheel side) sorry i have a mental blank and cant remember what they are called haha anyway those bushes are pretty stuffed and im wondering if that could be the problem???

crawl underneath with a torch and check out all your steering ball joints for wear.also check out all your other bushes...gotta replace them sooner or later...best to do it in one go..if one bit is gone quite often the rest of them are on their way out too so check all steering linkages, ball joints and bushes...get some eurethane bushes..newer type(teflon coated-no grease nipples)sealed ball joints, tie rod ends etc. .........and enjoy
