I recently bought a 1984 nissan/datsun 200sx turbo, my turbo is bad and the only place i can find it is the dealership for $1300, can anyone help me???

Is it a Z18ET? CA18ET, or FJ20DET ?

Most places here in Australia could find you something 2nd hand, in good condition, for about US$1000 less that that.

Although with shipping, it might push the price from US$250 up to US$900. Depending on Turbo and condition.

Checked Ebay? Surely those boys in LA have a few spare standard turbos laying around for cheap?

grab your yellow pages and look up turbochargers or get ahold of Les at Clasic Datsun in Vista his number is (760) 940-6365
He should also be able to recomend someone in your area

it is a CA18ET, i want to upgrade it to a T3/04E, unfortunately "those boys in LA" only like to sell to their friends (which are guys by the way) and i cant seem to find anyone that has one that will fit my car.
