Due to cercumstances out of my control my ute has to go up for sale i no i no i cant believe it either but this is something i cant avoid so if anyone would be interested in my ute PM me.

Most of you no how much has gone into this ute wiyh everything new and modified i have spent close to $30,000 on this car and it can be seen.
Dont pm with stupid offers i am pissed that this has to happen so il probaly bit your head of if you do.

I'm feeling better about the difficulties I'm having getting mine finished..it takes so much damn effort. I have all the respect in the world for people who produce showcars in their own garage...even Gemini showcar (oxymoron) owners

Girls change considerably when you have kids..if you go and see Ladder 49 at the movies this is a really good true life demonstration this "change" affects our lives.
BUT one thing to get through to your wife is that Kids LOVE and I mean LOVE to see their parents having a red hot go at life and doing something exciting BUT not at the cost of the kids themselves.
Kids would much rather have a dad with a hot car than an commodore executive!!

Why dont you just sell the ute shell and buy a 4 door sedan and transfer all the good bits in?????

Na im gettin hitch soon and the plan is to have kids pretty much rite away so i need a iore family orentated car plus some money to pay for the wedding man its not cheap ya no.

Dont get me wrong what ever i buy to replace it will still have a turbo strap on the side and the kids will love it.It will just need a bit of luxury to at least air con.

I know how you feel I finally get my ute back from being painted and begun serious enquiries about engine swaps (I know ive done it the wrong way around). and my wife tells me shes up the duff and I have to get rid of the ute. But we have a family car! still to keep her happy I put this stupid little sign on th window and tell her Im not getting many bites. Worked fine till someone rang yesterday. But as converted wrote kids love nice cars not the plain family cars my 3 year old loves going in the ute. she slits in her car seat It fits nicely and watches the world go by,but complains about the noise.
So i know how you feel but 1 kid does fit in the ute happily just leave the missus home.
