Are 120y alxe bearins and h165 bearings the same?

The H165 moniker refers to the diferential. Thats the bit in the middle with the right angle reduction drive & incorporates the other bit that allows the axles to turn at diferent speeds when cornering.
The axles, which are supported by bearings at the outer end of the rear axle housing, are the long bits that connect the wheels to the diferential. So to answer the question that you asked, No,... the bearings are not interchangeable between the rear axles of a 120Y & a H165 diferential. You can view topic.
