Help! what is the advantages and disadvantages of swaping a 45v3 Turbo into a RB20DET and would It fit direct or will I have to build a manifold?

what is the 45v3 off ?
measure the turbo flange and bolt spacing and dump pipe flange if they are the same easy as but what are the chances of that 4000:1 if your lucky
