fuel lines... what sort and where to get them?

its time to run some new lines in the ute....
ive heard of people running copper lines but im not too keen on that idea... also what sort of auto places would stock lengths of fuel line... any thoughts/suggestions?

Hi there mate give your local pirtek dealer a call those guys have lengths of fuel lines and brake lines and they are a good priced to.. hope that helps

yeah don't go copper I got knocked back by my engineer for them I bought 6m of 3/8" steel fuel line for about $35 from my local Mazda dealer why mazda you ask because where I live they have EVERYTHING.
With the pipe you just bend it into the desired shape and away you go. Cheers Damo PS You may then want to get a pipe flarer I got one for $90 does a perfect job.

the stuff you are after is called bundy tube, you can get it from any brake joint like ABS. its about five bucks a meter for the big stuff (1/2 inch) and they stock heaps of different sizes. i had to run a new big line in my 1600 to the fuel rail, not too hard. just don't bend it too sharply.
