1000 coupe

gday everyone im new to ur site and iv joined cause it seems like the best site for datto talk obviously its a 1200 forum but iv got a mind to do up my dream car that being a 1000 coupe, soo wat i wanna know is , is it cool to come on here and ask everyone datto questions even if its not specifically for a 1200? cause im gonna need advice and this looks like a good place to get it. cheers. i hope this is the place for me....

Basically if a car came with an A series its all good on here, even if it doesnt have an A series now.

you will find many 1000 owners on this site and a lot who know just about everything about them... you will be amazed how much the club members can help... enjoy your stay and remember... 'the only silly questions are the ones that dont get asked'

awesome, cheers guys, no doubt ill get to know everyone and theyre cars soon. its probs gonna be a long haul to find another one in perth so if anyone knows anything about gettin one here, let me know.

Well congatulations Haymaker, good to see someone who considers the humble 1000 coupe as their dream car.
It has been one of my dream cars for a long time,and provided me with a lot of cheap thrills, so I hope you can find a decent example and get started on fulfilling your dream.

Welcome to the club! You'll find there's a handfull of 1000 coupe owners here both street and race, and one that's going through a full restore with lots of documentation, as I will do with mine as well, once I get started. You'll find tons of pics and threads with the search button if you look for 1000 coupe or KB10.

welcome perth dude!
see here for WA events 1000s are a great car - minus the front wheel drums! a guy here in perth does a vented front disc conversion for these babies - dattoman_1000 i'm also wrecking a 1000 wagon should you need any underbody parts, gearbox, windscreen, guards etc etc 1000 wagon anyways - welcome.
