1972 1200 Coupe- Easy brake upgrade?

Hi....
Im looking for a nice easy upgrade from the stock front brake system.... Is there any way to incorporate slotted rotors and bigger calipers without new struts? I guess my main question would be are there any vehicles i could just buy the front brakes or even the whole suspension/brake system for.... Thanks in advance.. SkootNasty
