Fuel consumption.

Hi guys,
I need to find out what the 'manufacturers guidelines' say the average fuel consumption per 100km's is for a datto 1200 with a normal A12 engine? Any help is greatly appreciated. Matt.

Not sure exactly what the manufacturers guidelines say, but in my 71 1200 sedan, we are getting around 8.7 litres per 100km's.
Totally stock standard, but driven fairly hard!!

Depending on tyre sizing and gearing and speeds sustained. . .
I used to get high 7's (L/100km's) with mainly highway travelling. This was an A15 with big compression, cam and twin SU's in a 120Y. Also depends a lot on how you drive.

I get about 13L/100km for city driving.
