hi i have recently bought a set of twin 45s for my car, but on both carbys there seems to be 2 screws missing? the locking tabs are just hanging can any 1 tell me what they are and where i could get new 1s from? any help would be great, thank you

i have a set of 45's and i sorta know what goes there, but its the same as the other side, so i wont explain it. as for getting it im not sure where whyalla is but in burwood sydney, is carburettor services they will have every part you need for the carbies.

can u tell me what it does tho? is it like some mixture screw? can they just be blocked off or are they needed? thanks

These screws hold your chokes in, take one of the existing ones out and you will see, On 40mm Webers they are held in by the venturi tube. Do a search on Google.
