Hi all, how u doing
I left my lights on while at work for the whole day ( Duhh). Naturally my car got a bat flattery. But now when I try to start it just makes a rather fast cliking sounds from one of the solenoids inside. I have been looking for the main starter relay but cant seem to lacate it so I assume there is internal one inside starter motor? Or am I missing something here. Pleaze tell me which solenoid to replace ( if any) Oh and the car is a carby N12 Pulsar, please help cheerz

Yes, it's amost for sure the battery.
1. Carefully remove the battery caps. If the water level is below the plates, there is a chance the battery is damaged. In any case, fill up with more water to the proper level. 2. Take off the cables and carefully clean the inside. Also clean the two terminals on the battery. Scrape them until it's all shiny metal. Then coat the bare metal with grease and put the cables back on. 3. Charge the battery again. Or jump-start the engine and let the alternator charge it (let the engine run for at least 15 minutes). Nearly all starter solenoids are on the starter. Pretty much only Ford uses external starter solenoid. But a bad solenoid won't cause the click-click-click sound. You can view topic.
