good news for some... 100 octane fuel

well being stuck with an 18hour layover in singapore has some advantages.....
surf the internet non stop and drink in the qantas club lounge... shell now has a 100 octane fuel released in australia.. it is available in limted outlets shell sites good for some (like 1200rc) and bad for others (boof and me)

why bad for me
 can't the carbs be tuned to suit running with ethanol due to being leaner ..... rich'en the mixture a little ??
