I bought a 1981 Datsun 120Y (Dqtsun1200).
for RM1500.00. After some repairs the total cost came to nearly RM3000.00.

The overall condition is OK but there is one problem which I find hard to solve--water leaking into the front passengger ,driver's side and one corner of the boot. I patched up all the possible leaks but rain water still manges to find its way into the car. What should I do now? asm23@myjaring.net Note book

Sounds like the intrenal panels have rusted out behind your dash not a fun job to fix .
ON the passenger side put your hand up under the dash towards the top left corner
you will find it there .
Remove the panel where the wndscreen wipers are put your hand in and clean out any crap in there...before yo replace the panel cut shade cloth thesize of the holes and silicon them down this will stop larger object going into your vents ind internal panels ,cheers
