Perhaps the wrong Forum, so Mr. Moderator if you please....
I sold a 1993 pickup to a neighbor that only wanted the rust free box, now the rest of the truck just sits in his yard. It has a good KA24DE engine and a bad automatic transmission. Will the 2.4 engine squeak into the bay of a 1972 1200 body? Thank you, Dan

it's a tall engine, like an L20, so you'd ned either sump or crossmember mods.
but they go into 1600s just fine so i don't see why not.
