In Australia, the A14 & A15 was available in the Datsun Sunny [B310] 'Sports Wagon' Most were A14, but the last of the production run had A15's.
They were used in some commercial models too, but that's the only 'car' that I can think of.

and those early datsun van also the early pulsars had an east west a14
