High Volume Oil Pump

I was reading 1200 coupes article on oil pumps. How do I know if my oil pump is a high volume pump? If it's not, what exactly do I need to convert my pump to a high volume pump ?
I have a worked A-14 that redlines at 10,500 rpms.

Have a read through this for some good info.
When you're done with that one, try this thread. This next thread shows the internals of a Nismo pump. This thread shows the outside of the Nismo pump. This should be enough to get you started, but if you hunger for more, type 'oil pump' into the search engine on the left. <--------
