changing stud patterns

hey guys,
just wanting to find out if anyone knows how much it would cost to change from 4 to 5 stud pattern or vice versa. cheers

if your planning on going ca18det..
you might aswell do a brake and diff upgrade (if you havent already) using components with the stud pattern you desire... rather than modifying your existing brakes/diff how much will it cost??? how long is a piece of string?
