It Blew up & it also won

I went to the marque sports sprints today at sandown 4/6/06. I found out that i had a trophy owing to me for winning at phillip island. I have beaten those alfas fair & square. Its about time.
I won by .4 of a second but that is more than enough. As i only did 5 laps all day. it makes the blow up feel a bit worth it. Cheers coops. P.S Come racing in vic Benny

Congratulations, it was well deserved & I just know that the defeated opposition have it in the back of their minds that they were beaten by an engine that will cost a fraction of what theirs would to repair or replace, & when they realise that replacement core engines come from wreckers, or the trading post, it must really rub salt into the wound.
Build the new one strong, don't miss the shift, & give 'em heaps.

what times were you putting in at the island? I'll hopefully be getting amongst it with you guys soon, if I can get the CA sorted sooner rather than later cheers Bruce

i run in non marque up to 1499cc. its a great class but we need some more entrants. There was only four at phillip island but one guy has been winning it for years. Lets get some more aseries dattos out there (Benny) I have itchy feet now so the crank is going in for inspection & the new fly wheel for lightening,ordered the ARP bolts today & a 4 fingured clutch. just trying to get an alloy front pulley in a reduced size at the moment & a electronic water pump. All buy the 16/7/06. for calder park sprint
