bolt in internally regulated alternator for A14?

I've got issues with the voltage regulator, and it looks like they are as rare as rocking horse *&^%.
Has anyone found a bolt in later model alternator with the internal reg for an A14?

My old coupe has a single wire internal reg Bosch unit on it
Has done for 10 yrs Not sure of the part # anymore though

Hi the KB or KC Laser bosch unit bolts stright on and you only have to connect your positive wire to the alt and thats it

Laser alt it is then cheers guys!
Thats one less ugly bit of wire in the engine bay
