It comes with rego and roadworthy certificate... Oh, and also comes with your mum riding the gearknob!
Thanks for your expert opinions. Obviously you have your pulse on the datsun 5 speed market. I want around 1000 bucks for it and if no one wants it i'll keep it. Simple. The cheapest ive seen one go for in recent times is 800 bucks. Maybe they are thick on the ground down your way? Either way it doesn't bother me. With the price of fuel the savings over a 4 speed are obvious, plus the added bonus of the engine not screaming its head off at highway speeds. Have you ever driven long highway miles in a ute doing 100 plus kays? So say what you like, Im sure every one wants to hear your opinion. Better still, why not start a new thread in the main forum so you can tell every one your expert opinion on the current market value of a Datsun 5 speed. cheers

All where saying COCK HEAD
Is the 60 A is worth about 7 -800 bucks. You would only pay 1000 bucks for a 63A providing is a realy good one. SOME people on this sight arnt dick heads & know what things are worth

If you read the original post i said that i was after around 1000 bucks COCK HEAD. As in make an offer around that figure. I know what they are worth, and if you were actually wanting to buy a five speed box for your datsun, you would make an offer to start a negotiation 2 purchase. Some people on this site ARE dick heads and are only prepared to talk like that to people from the safety of their keyboards! I bet you wouldn't have the balls to talk to anyone like that face to face.
I like the way you make yourself into a group so its sounds more impressive. Are you 15 years old or something? Wake up to yourself and stop bothering someone who is merely offering a gear box 4 sale.

hey I got agree with you the price could be very well justified. It wasnt a shot at carjunkie, its just the way prices are going for datsun stuff these days is what I was having a shot at. The reason I went to an SR20 is that they are cheap as chip. N/A S13 engine is $400 with warranty gearbox Skyline GTS-T 5 speed was $350...this is what Im comparing to. Datsun stuff is very expensive. So carjunkie Ive got some advise for you settle down your price is justified in this market however I still think for encomony car fun the datsuns are starting to get really expensive.
Heres another comparison, a friend of mine has an E-30 BMW coupe and LSD's and other perfromance stuff is very cheap and they have Getrag 5 spds in them etc etc You can view topic.
