Hi where do u wire in a tacho on a ca18det in a 1200?
i have a standard ecu and loom. the tacho said to wire the green wire in to coil or signal. please help. thanks Chris.

12v feed to the coils. This wire sees the 4 pulses which is enough to make the tacho work. It is polarised, so make sure you wire it in the correct way.

No I don't mess with factory looms much these days
![]() It's the wire that connects to the centre conductor on the 3 pin plugs to each of the coils. It splits into 4 wires at the engine bay. Might have been red with a white trace..that's completely from memory though. You can view topic.
