Heater box replacement

Hey I'm chasing ideas on what to do with having warmth and defogger capabilities without using a heater box. One Thing I hear was a hair dryer style setup and have it pumping into the air ducts to defog.
Does anyone know of anything that runs off 12V that could do this?? Cheers Damo
