There is a datsun meet in Torrance, CA. That is southern Cal. I do not know the exact details, I am planing on showing up.I will get the details.

I got to get myself a 140/60Z car some day. I would love to see all those "Z" guys' ( 240/60/80 crowd ) .. faces and jaws dropping while I drive in with the smaller brother Datsun Z car.
Kemono "The Beast" from South Africa comes tro mind ! I read some comments by some Z guys trying to move sky and stars to disprove the smaller brother as a factory car..... Instead of embracing a cool member of the family....these cheesy crowd tries to smear the 140/60Z.... Laughable...

Where did you get it from I didnt think they went state side ?

Killer1200. I have a red 1200 Ute. It is not in the US, it is at my brothers business in South America. My bro has a vacationing bungallow business in Northern Peru. He got the ute from Ecuador, where those were made till very recently. When I learnt of it I wanted to get one. My brother later on was going to sell his , and I got it. ( I told him beforehand that if ever selling it, I wanted it, it was already sold to me by oral contract!!)
It is a nice A12 weber 32/36 with stainless steel extractors ute. It had the squared front end, but I got all the parts and turned it into a round headlamp one. There are no US sold ones ( but I saw one at the Long Beach Car show, I will post a picture in the album section check it out.) I would like to bring it here, but I do not want to retrofit it with smog crap, so that will be my truck in S.A. Next time I get there I will get pixes. Jaime__________________________
