silly boys, i was just teasing

after having my other thread hijacked multiple times, of course i know you meant this:

Description: At long last this cult Australian movie is available on DVD!

Don`t worry about the questionable acting, its the cars that are the stars of this movie, featuring the most famous Aussie muscle car of all, the Ford Falcon GT HO Phase 3! Filmed in the early 1980`s the plot revolves around the main character, Mike (WA actor Terry Serio), falling for a girl, Julie (Deborah Conway, former lead singer of band Do Re Mi), who happens to be the girlfriend of the local street racing scene hoodlum, Fox. Mike challenges Fox to a street race to win the respect of his peers, the affection of the girl, and the admiration of his impressionable younger brother, Victor. Of course, things don`t go quite to plan, and we see our hero, his mechanic friend Tony, and the girl, set off on a road trip in search of money, action, and the ultimate car to dethrone Fox the champion. Also features a memorable performance from veteran Max Cullen as Reb, the blind petrol station owner, and that other icon of muscle cars - a black 2-door 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air.

sounds like my kind of movie (i actually haven't seen the river phoenix movie)
