what happened? did you let the rear wheel get onto the grass? it looked all good then you suddenly lost the tail out to the left?!

Thats sucks, and you were peddling along quite smoothly as well. Is the damage bad?

fark man.. I hope that wasn't caused by oil coming out of your engine that made you lose it.. It seems you just lost all traction ..

nah no oil, a bad rear brake bias unfortunately. at the end of the back straight i squeezed on the brakes a little harder than i had been and it promptly locked the rear and threw me straight into the wall, i reckon i was going about 170+

as it wasn't a head on, but more a glance the car is not so bad but i am now hunting for a drivers side quarter panel and a bumper, car is off to the panel beaters on friday

I guess this is one of the reasons we race Datsuns and not Ferrari's.

not good there lags .... what is it about Sandown, rear brakes and trailers ???

I did the same in a formula ford had too much rear bias and i broke a hewland gearbox hitting a wall at eastern creek. nasty
