Z18 cylinder heads

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knows if there are any major differences between a na and a turbo z18 head they look the same to me as mine has developed a leak and i would rather reco another head and swap them so its off the road for as little time as possible. Alternatively dose anyone have a turbo head they want to sell if they are different?

at a guess id think they would be the same unless you can see any obvious differences. Prob less dish in the na pistons to bump cr. Bet my left nut thered be no diff in cam specs and the likes
