Getting close to the power tune now (engine has 5000kms on it) and want the most out of this tune so have decieded to overhaul the fuel system.
Engine is a forged CA with a Gt2876r turbo.
Currently running VL fuel pump standard rail/reg and Supra 440cc injectors.
Made 200hpatw on 7psi boost (rev limited 6500 run in tune).

New fuel system has Bosch 044 pump Speedflow check vavle, 3/8 AL lines, Fuelab reg, fuelab 10 micron filter, custom fuel rail (My design - twin feed, centre return), -6 braided line throughout. Just need a couple more fitting and new injectors (660cc) and its back on the dyno :)

I don't make them commercially, i bought the extrusion from CAPA in sydney, it was approx $60/meter which will make 2x rails.
Most of the work can be done on a lathe/drill press but the standoffs were machined on a CNC Mill I have at work.
After i install mine and if we get some spare time at work i might run a couple through, no promises at this stage.
