Wanted - CA18DET Air flow meter

I need a CA18DET AFM.
Checked mine per the service manual and nothing, ran diagnositc mode on ECU and it comes up with faulty AFM. Plus car wont rev past 2000 rpm. Prepared to pay post from east coast to WA if required.
