#1 New job @ Holinger
revhead001 Posted on: 2008/4/24 11:56
I gave notice at the old Nissan dealership today. They didn't like it too much..

New job. Working for Holinger Enginieering building V8 supercar gearbox's and Porche gearsets amongst other stuff.

I'm more than just a little bit excited.

the lack of replies in this thread, obviously lead to the conclusion that everyone hates you and wishes you the best of luck lol

You guys have some pretty cool jobs.

I've been in the bottom shed trying to spray paint while the volcano craps all over us. Not cool and not happening.

Todays isn't too bad but yesterday was shocking.

This is what fell overnight last night. It's like the motorcross scene out of Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas (oh what a film!!)

That plume in the background is the volcano crapping and seriously today is a good day.

At nearly $20,000 for a Supercar gearbox, mabey not. But I will be wording them up about making some 63a bell housings for A series when the time is right.

Do you think there will be a market for them? I would imagine the would need to see a market for at least 1000 units before they would consider it.
