#1 clutch master cylinder selection
GIDZ Posted on: 2008/5/22 12:20
Guys need help with clutch master cylinder selection. I am using standard CA18 slave cylinder on the CA18 box. Tried using the hilux master cylinder but the clutch pedal is bit too hard to press. I assume that my master cylinder might not be big enough.
What do you guys reckon and what master cylinders have people used.
All help will be appreciated...

Discussed 2 weeks ago..but I use a ae86 clutch master with the ca18 slave. Depends what sort of heavy duty clutch you have..the poor datsun pedelbox can only take so much.

I have put in Exedy heavy duty clutch. The master cylinder i have was also used in AE86 coupe 1983 to 1985. Is there anything else I could do to get the pedal feel lighter to press.
