i have what looks like watery oil/fuel that is coming out of the crank case vent.
i am wondering if this is normal it is kind of a grey coulour substance thats thin like water. if it is not normal can anyone help with what mite be causing this. the car has been playing up recently and just wondering if this is one of the systems of something bad. Thanks Jon

pull out the dipstick and look also. sounds like coolant is getting into the oil. most likely place is around head gasket. Have u overheated it and maybe warped the head recently? do u use tapwater instead of coolant? these alluminium heads corrode easily if u use plain water.

could just be condensation
maybe worth draining your sump to see how much is like that

Condensation will only go milky around the oil filler cap not through out the whole crank case.
Sounds like a blown head gasket. Have you been loosing coolant lately?? When you say the car has been playing up does this mean a miss when you start it up or hard to start? This is something that needs attention straight away or you will do more damage to the motor. Cheers

When you pull the dip stick out the oil looks fine but i have been using tap water in the radiator?
it is hard to start it is also playing up as in it will be fine for quiet a while then all of a sudden it will not rev properly you have to hold it flat strap to make it go and when you take of you have to put you foot to the floor to make it take off otherwise it just dies down and you have to hold it flat to make it slowly pic up. THanks Jon

Id still advise its head related.
If you remove the crank case is it all milky and gunky..... If so id be leaning towards putting a new head gasket in, resurfaceing the head and preasure testing the head. Thats my advise. Good luck Cheers

yes, oil and water jackets are close together in head, little corrosion from tap water causes them to mix.
