F/S front runners, wheels..

hey mate are they road legal 4in tyres,when i went to get front runners made they told me the smallest legal width availabable is 155
can i ask what brand and make the tyres are??? cheers

Doubt there road legal mate, radials up the front are Michelin 125 15's and on the rear..
195 60 15's..
