Will a 70 model sedan A12 dizzy work in a A14 ?

If there location on the block is the same Then yes.
BUT! if the a12 dizzy is mounted at the front then I dont think so

yes they are interchangable! Might need slight modifacation to the mounting plate but thats about it. Check out WIKI, surely there is something in there about it.
