new ute help!

Hey all, I'm a noob here, I just bought an 86 kingcab ute in NZ and I was wondering what the best engine is to put in it without making any mods and also how can I put power steering into it?

as for power steering.... you might be able to install a after market one from a 92 model. as for the engine? what engine is in it now?
