Let the Journey begin, My new ride 1971 Datsun 1200 in the States

I finally got one. I dont have it home yet but it is currently on it's way to the NE US from the desert.
Should be about 1500 miles away by now. What should I do to it first...Buy whitewalls...hehe? I would just have fun driving it.
Looks like the Brady Bunch has treated it well.

LOL, Brady bunch is a good thing. I got it from the 2nd owner. He's owned it for 7 years. I just hope it is in good shape it's scary buying cars 2200 miles away only looking at photots.

definately keep it as is...DO NOT modify it!!!! throw on some white walls, and leave it!! luv this colour on it and the white walls would look awesome with this colour!!!

I thought the whitewalls would be a nice touch. May need some rocker repair too I am not sure yet but looks to be a small area that may need a patch welded. Gotta be the most stock 1200 coupe I ever saw in the states.

Great pick up looks very nice
 I recon the white walls would cap it all off. Hope it arrives safe and sound for you. I brought myne from just pictures and luckly for me the seller was a decent guy and told the truth about the car..... hope it ends the same for you.

Just got these today, it will be in Salt Lake City on Monday. It's almost here.
