unit1200 Posted on: 2008/12/6 4:06
hi everyone..

i using stanza struts modified to take 180sx brakes in my 1200 ute but now having trouble finding wheels that will fit..

because the 180sx brake rotos and clipers are so big they wont fit into any thing smaler than 15in but the hub wont reach the stud holes as the struts wont clear the trye.. if anyone as had same problem or could help would be great..

thanks blair..

I have R31 Struts with 180sx brakes.
I have TRX wheels, they are about 4-5mm if that from the wheel to the caliper, they fit but only just.
Also have camber tops which will raise it a touch to give you more clearence for your tyres.
Good Luck, hope you can figure something out.

dont use such #### offset wheels, problem solved
or maybe run smaller tyres

most 15inch nissan mags off a RWD car with 195 50s fitted to them should fit fine

Just get yourself some bluebird trx rims with 190-195 x 50-55's. Look the goods, easy enough to find and should fit fine.

Safe.

Trav.
