Borg warner diff Flange - Can I swap it for a Jap one...?

I have a good borg warner 120y diff but no tailsaft and I can't seem to get one.... Can i use the flange off a Jap diff and then use the tailshaft
OR Can I change the tailshaft plate at the back uni from a corolla (apparently they used the same diff)? Please help......  Cheers, Tim

id hold out for a tail shaft, not worth the $$$ to cut and weld and balance the flange or the diff uni plate imho.
Or sell it if you find a ute diff and tail shaft
