Hey dad-sun,
What sort of engine is it? The twin-port term throws me off a bit. Is it just a standard exhaust manifold you are after?

twin port outlet cast iron manifold yes were on the gx and were usud with twin carb set up we are chassing every bit of power we can get out of our 1200 m2 block but the big problem is we have to build the engine to set rules!!!!
makes it hard as we canot run double valve springs or extractors so we have adapted other springs in but still have valve bounce we need to increse all strenghs of engine as we have a australian invasion coming to tassie next year and be damed if i am going to give in to those dame charades.l

I find it curious that you are not allowed to run double valve springs, as these were std fittment to the A12 GX spec engines. But yet you would be able to run the GX spec exhaust manifold. It just doesn't make sense.
Do you have regulations on the valve diameters you are limited to use?

yep valve diameters are limited to 1mm up on standard but can be reshaped the rules for this class is very iffy as they allow open cam no veriable cam timing adusters carby must be vis stock no boring out 60 up flat tops allowed no engine balance work other than factory!!!!!
big thing is we are new in the sport and about 5 years of the pace of the mainland Australia and every thing is top secret so we are plugging away to develope our gear to the point we are now the farsters tassie but still about 1.5 secods of the pace of the mainlanders verry frustrating .
