well i started to strip down the 1200 april - 2008, i bought a rust repair kit all pannels were included so..... i started drilling spotwelds, only to reveal that all of the inner quaters and sills were rusted through. I decided to make a rotessirie to make life much easier and it made all of the difference, ill update pics as i go.... hopefully pain in a month
[img] ![]() [/img] engine coming out [img] ![]() [/img] behind this all the inners were rusted through, took ages to reconstruct and fabricate new pices [img] ![]() [/img] ![]() rotessirie end [img] ![]() [/img] (not the best pic but you get the idea) [img] ![]() [/img] finally after reconstructing the inners [img] ![]() [/img] [img] ![]() [/img] [img] ![]() [/img] [img] ![]() [/img] there is over 250 in the whole bonnet :D
