1000 engine mounts

found a broken engine mount, i rang around for a replacement but to no avail. The guy at the local Rare-Spares didn't even have any.
Does anyone know where i can get some?

Are they the same as the 1200 rubber mounts?

no they're not! the 1000 has a slanted triangle bit on the bottom side, where as the 1200 rubber mount surfaces that are square to each other.
No problem though, i just simply drilled the spot welds out of the original slanted triange bit and went and got a 1200 mount and modified it to suit, tack welded it together and bobs you uncle! All done!
