just in the process of wiring up my new computer and i need a timing point does an e15 distributor have the this feature or do i need a crank angle sensor

What sort of computer is it? Some fuel only computers will run on a tacho signal, but most of the newer ones require a crank angle sensor.

yea its a ems and on the wiring diagram is says dizzy or sensor

With most EFI controllers you do not need a timing point -- it is only used with sequential EFI or individual coils. Put the controller into constant flow mode and 'wasted spark' mode and you should be OK.
