#1 New pins for CA ecu connector
cranky Posted on: 2009/9/23 11:42
Not having any joy locating source for pins or even complete new 76 pin ECCS connector. Need to shorten CA loom to computor & want to keep soldered connections to a minimum. Nissan & auto leckies here no help, any advice?

nothing wrong with soldering up loom
factory loom has crimp connectors in the loom any way
just solder and use heat shrink
u can try this placeebay its the computer end not loom end
i did mine, had to cut and join about 30 wires

Thanks guys, reason I haven't cut other ends is I've rewrapped engine loom through to computer although probably the way to go. Tommo, saw that on evilbay and bought it in haste without fully reading the fine print. Will come in handy if I go to aftermarket ecu. Have tried to contact vendor about correct connector but don't expect a reply till paypal goes through
