Mechanical Oil Pressure Sender ?

Hi Giys
Just looking for a Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge, Can any one tell me from this Sendor , to which side the oil pressure gauge should be connected for this Pics attached, how it is calculating the pressure through a pipe line ? if so how to connect it ? i got pics i don't have tool to decrease it's size can any one help me pls thanks regards Sumith

With a mechanical oil pressure gauge, there is no sender. The gauge is connected directly to an oil passage.

Remove your old sender unit from your oil pump and screw in the line/fitting for your mechanical oil guage then just follow the instructions ( If any!)
Your standard oil light will not work any more though, if this is a problem you might need a "T peice" fitting so you can connect both. Hope this helps.

Yes, it is best to use a Socket to remove the old sender. But a closed-end wrench works too.
If you with to connect the oil gauge line, and the sender, you can use a plumbing "T" like this: ![]() Oil pump
