Yes, it is a carburetor problem. Is there fuel in the bowl? Look through the sight-glass. It should be exactly half-way after you crank the engine for three 30 second periods with a test in between.

Hi Guys,

Yes Fuel Pump is working fine it brings fuel,Float level looks over mid some times and less sometimes, so the float level also might be wrong, any way i have given it to adjust,he is also not happy with the carb, he said he will make it and give, is there a way that i can check whether i have got any leaking valve ?

Thanks
Regards

If the fuel level is aproximately in the middle of the sight glass, but still gives an intermittent stream, the carburetor needs a new accelerator pump.

Doesn't matter about the valve.

It sounds like a manifold gasket leak, Or a hose has been left off the manifold. Have all the valve clearances been done?

It should run and idle without an accelerator pump.

My guess is a lack of manifold vacuum.
