GOT IT STARTED -BUT NO SMOOTHING ON IT

Hi Guys
Got my datto started , hope the timing is correct it is getting started at once, just before the start i get a backfire and also id doesn't idle on low rpm ,not at all smooth, i have fixed all vacuum also Any idea Guys ? Thanks Regards sumith

Congratulations on getting it started again.
Backfires are usually either too lean (Does your choke works) or timing is incorrect (Do you have a timing light, or can borrow one?) If it cannot idle, it often is the anti-dieseling valve. Is the wire connected?

It doesn't have anti-dieseling valve to the carb ,are intake and exhaust vale clearance differ ? if so what is that, i remember user manual says similar value for both thanks regards sumith

Valve clearance for intake & exhaust are the same.
Did you adjust the idle speed & idle mixture?
