might want to just do a little tiny bit of research of the general subject then ask people about more specific things

if you want to stay with the A series and inject it then a rough list of stuff you will need

new injection manifold with throttle body
injectors and fuel rail to suit manifold
efi fuel pump and fuel lines
high pressure fuel regulator
ECU and wiring loom
various sensors to tell the ECU what the engine is doing
