is there a spot to adjust the master cylinder or the brake pedal? if so thanks in advance
this is a 1974 b210 but it will probably be similar to most of the datsuns in that time range

B110 is pedal-adjustable. See http://datsun1200.com/modules/mediawi ... ?title=Pedals#Brake_Pedal

i don't think that the brake pedal situation is the same because mine is diff. it's also a left hand drive but idk if that makes a difference

Yes, B110 is LHD and that's how it is adjusted.

ok so i found the adjusting thing and adjusted it but now I'm wondering if i adjusted the back wheels correctly b/c i thought i read here that I had done it wrong. youre supposed to hear the brakes on the drums barely scrape when the wheel is spun by hand right?

The way I adjust them is to tighten the adjuster as tight as I can get it. Then back off to the flat, and you'll be able to spin the wheels. I don't go by sound, but adjust it to feel.
