datto 1200 parts interchangeable with datto 1600

hey guys just wondering if the suspension, diff and every thing under the 1200 chassis can be bolted to a 1600 or are they different sizes?

1600's are irs.
and youde probably be forever wrecking diffs.

The only part that is the same from B110 (1200) to 510 (1600) is the 35A alternator and a few engine parts such as the crank studs.
Datsun 610 and Datsun B210 share many parts, such as the steering linkage and wheel hubs.
