TD04+ Carby?

Exploring options-TD04+Carby, can it be done? Take one TD04 turbo ex injected Volvo and mount up using carby.
What sort of carby? and Do I pull or suck? (OOH ARH! I heard that!!) I am not all that with this. Sujestions please. Will sell TD04 (see classifieds)
